SKF Scholarship for Girls Program
SKF Scholarship Program for Girls scholarship program was launched with the objective of extending financial support to deserving girls from economically weaker section. The program aims to help young and deserving girls in breaking the barrier of financial constraint and become self-reliant to chase and achieve their dreams.
Through this program, SKF is providing scholarships to cover substantial educational expenses of eligible girls their 10th. Apart from scholarship, a holistic development program is conducted to help them gain confidence and improve communication.
Prerana is the implementation partner for SKF for this program in Chamarajanagar & Chikkballapura and currently covers 52 girl students in this program. The program involves identifying the deserving girl students via our standard selection process and awarding them the scholarships. Following that Prerana is conducting a Holistic Training program which includes Classroom sessions, online mentoring and a residential program.
